‘Bettering Myself Is Becoming an LPN’: One Student’s Journey on the CCV/Vermont Tech Pathway to Nursing

Cheree Stringham is taking advantage of a seamless pathway between CCV and Vermont Tech to become an LPN.

“They’re sister schools, so my credits followed me. All of my credits that needed to go with me to Vermont Tech followed me from CCV. The transition was very easy, and part of that was because there are amazing people that work here and they’re all about your success.”

CCV Student Receives New Century Scholar Award

Heading up the Hill to Rubenstein

Adam Heckle utilized a transfer agreement CCV has with UVM to make the switch from the Community College of Vermont to the Rubenstein School of Environment and Natural Resources.

For environmental scientists, Vermont’s woods, mountains, lakes and streams are a goldmine of research opportunities. And for students wanting to get into the field, there’s no better path than moving seamlessly from CCV into the University of Vermont Rubenstein School of Environment and Natural Studies.
